Excel Graphing Scatter Plot Chart Beer Lambert Law. In this video, I will be generating a graph using two sets of values, to show the relation, between concentration, and absorbance.
On the y-axis, we will plot the concentration, and on the x-axis the absorbance.
This is the data we are going to use.
Concentration in the first column, and Absorbense in the second column.
Next we go to the insert menu, in charts, select scatter plot, this will use both sets of values we have, concentration and absorbense.
Once your chart is displayed, go to format, design menu and add names to x-axis, y-axis and title. You can make a number of other changes as required here. You may also change graph layout here, by choosing layout.
Once you are done, save the file. Thats it for generating graphs, to show the relation between the two parameters.
